No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated smoking areas outside.
No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours, parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed.
Noise: Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9pm to 7am.
Occupancy: Access to the property is strictly limited to registered (booked) guests only. Sofa bed bedding is provided upon booking for the 5th person (Sutton) or 7th person (Epsom) or upon special request.
Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property or its contents caused during their stay.
Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property, and valuables are secured.
